Adherence to the guidelines will assist us in our efforts to present a safe and successful event.

  • Please wear face masks when not seated at your table
  • Be considerate of others around you and follow social distancing protocols
  • Frequent use hand sanitizing
  • Remain at your table as much as possible

COVID-19 exposure is an inherent risk at any public event: guests should only attend after evaluating their own health risks.

The Suncoast Foundation cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your attendance.

Attending the BBQ & Bluegrass Hoot’n’Annie constitutes your understanding of these risks and your willingness to undertake any exposure.
